Dr. Westgard’s interest in Naturopathic Medicine stems from an interest in all things optimal health. She believes that Naturopathic Medicine provides expansive treatment modalities that can be integrated to enhance performance and longevity. Dr. Westgard continues to focus on the importance of learning through different methods of continued education.

Fuelled by connection both in and out of her practice, Dr. Westgard can also be found spending time with loved ones, at a workout class, playing rec sports or walking along Kits beach.​
